Our 3.5-Bedroom cottage sleeps 12, has a full kitchen, bathroom, living room, BBQ grill & outdoor dining area, and three parking spaces. Air conditioned. Living Room has a 42" TV with Roku setup. Wifi throughout.  Check out the lists below to find out what's included with your rental! 

Adrian Cottage

Prices range from $1,450 in the offseason
to $2,750 during peak season,
plus 8.5% NH rooms & meals tax. $200 security deposit

(Summer is by the week only -
Saturday at 2pm to the following Saturday at 10am)

There are three bedrooms in the cottage, plus a daybed in the common room.

  • Room 3: (2) full size

  • Living Room: (1) twin bed/futon
     

We provide the comfort, you bring the pillows, blankets & sheets that you prefer!

Bathroom

One full bath with stand-up shower

We provide the facilities, you bring the toilet paper, bathmat & towels
that you prefer!

Parking

Three parking spots on-site provided
with your rental (for standard vehicles)

The Courtyard

We have two barbecue grills, five outdoor tables.  Enjoy grilling up for those summer barbecues while you're here! 

The yard is shared by all cottages on the premises

The Fine Print 

Adrian Cottage:

Prices range from $1,450 in the offseason to $2,750 during peak season

All bookings are subject to:

 8.5% NH rooms & meals tax

$200 security deposit

$80 cleaning fee if not cleaned at the end of your stay. Cleaning supplies available in the office.
Prices above are for cash or check; If using credit card, add 4%

 

Pet Policy:

Certain pets may be allowed after request and approval

$75.00 per pet non-refundable fee, per week / $14 per night in the off-season

Good Neighbor Policy:

This is a family-friendly resort. No parties. No smoking inside the cottages. Quiet time begins at 10:00pm. Outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum. 

​

CANCELLATIONS

25% Deposit required (no refunds if cancelled); Balance due within 2 weeks of stay
No cancellations within 30 days of your stay.
